HISTORY 

As a child, Jill Wade accompanied her father on an expedition to study a rare species of giant african red ants (from the size of a cat to the size of a car). Professor Wade had created a helmet with which he intended to communicate with insects, but the giant ants were tremendously territorial and aggressive and killed him before he could use the helmet. The little girl put on the helmet and was saved. Alone and lost in the jungles of Africa, Jill Wade was raised by the giant red ants. The next time the world heard from her, it was as the conquering Ant Queen...
