Lance Hale was an adventurer and soldier of fortune who frequently ventured into the jungles of Africa in search of treasure. Thanks to an ancient map inherited from his uncle, Lance was able to find the secret path to the Subterranean Kingdom of Aldia. Time passed differently in the Underworld, so while Lance's uncle, who knew the Empress in his youth, had passed away due to old age, Empress Aldia had barely aged and was still a fresh young woman. The Kingdom was under siege by the evil Lizardmen and the Empress asked Lance to help her stop the threat. The virile adventurer agreed and after defeating the vile enemies of the Subterranean Kingdom he decided to stay with the Empress, whom he married, becoming the protector of the Kingdom, the Peacekeeper.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Lance was an extraordinary fighter, accustomed to surviving in the most hostile environments. Although he was good with the revolver and the rifle, Hale had to get used to fighting with more primitive weapons, such as the sword, the knife, the bow or the spear, and he ended up mastering them all with great proficiency. He was also noted for his leadership skills.
