Black Puma, or sometimes the Puma, was the leader of the Catmen, a terrorist organization financed by trafficking heroin and slaves, mainly Asians.
His unscrupulousness led him to ally even with the Nazis.
His lair was full of deadly traps and he used a fake hospital ship as a front for the drug trade.
