The Green Skull was actually businessman Albert Cameron Harris Sr., who financed his ruinous business with the loot of his criminal alter ego. After challenging the police for a while, Harris was arrested and jailed, but managed to escape and embarked on a crime spree more savage than the previous one. Again The Green Skull was caught and judged, but this time he would be sentenced to the electric chair and executed.
Harris' son vowed to avenge the death of his father and became the second Green Skull.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Harris was a brilliant scientist who developed a serum (the B3R-S3RKR formula) that increased his strength, resistance to physical damage, and reflexes, albeit at the cost of making him increasingly psychotic. The Green Skull used a poisonous gas that caused the faces of his victims to transform into a green skull. No jail could hold The Green Skull for long.
