BLACK HOODS

HISTORY 

The Black Hoods were a xenophobic organization secretly run by a powerful businessman named Crosby. 

Their tentacles were so many and so long that even the forces of the Law-and-Order were very careful to cross paths with them. Unlike the Ku Klux Klan, the Black Hoods operated mostly in the northern states. 

In fact, their headquarters were in Pennsylvania, in a place called Cottonwood.  

The Black Hoods were fanatics, that's a fact, but unlike their southern cousins, they weren't consanguineous rednecks. 

On the contrary, they were well funded and trained and had high-tech equipment with which to commit their acts of supremacist terrorism.
