Lance Cooper, also known as the Green Archer, is an extremely skilled agent of DANGER, noted for his use of the bow and arrow as his primary weapon. He was trained by Dennis Knight, aka the Green Knight. Cooper was responsible for recruiting the Crimson Cobra and he is one of the founding members of the LAWMEN.

Lance Cooper is a master marksman and martial artist, as well as being very athletic and agile, capable of performing complex acrobatic maneuvers. Cooper stood out as one of DANGER's best agents, being highly skilled in espionage, intelligence gathering, stealth, infiltration, and sabotage.
The Green Archer has a series of trick arrows, which he uses to perform specific tasks (from explosive, incendiary, armor piercing, acid arrows, tear gas, zip line, and more).
