Al Cassone was a petty criminal, until he started wearing an experimental suit that he got in one of his heists. Due to the appearance of his new outfit, he became known in the underworld as The Porcupine. Cassone crossed paths with more than one masked defender of justice while he dreamed of pulling off "the Big Score", but instead he always ended with his spikes behind bars.
POWERS & WEAPONS
The Porcupine had no special powers of his own, but he did wear a suit that gave him superhuman strength (enough to rip open a bank vault door, walk through a brick wall, or snap a normal man's back like a twig), and protected him from small-caliber weapons or electric shocks.
But above all it gave him the ability to shoot the sharp spikes that the suit was covered with.
