HISTORY 

Fritz Von Straff, was a Nazi spy who disguised himself as the Green Ghost to carry out sabotage in the United States. Sean Garnett captured him, but the FBI bribed him to operate as the Green Ghost in Germany. However, the real Green Ghost distrusted Von Straff and traveled to Germany to investigate. Sure enough, Von Straff had gotten greedy and was playing a triple game. He was eventually stopped by Sean Garnett. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Von Straff had no special powers, but he was well trained and well funded. The Nazis did not possess vitamin 2-X, but used an experimental steroid with similar effects, increasing Von Straff's strength and reflexes to superhuman levels for brief periods of time. 

They also developed their own bulletproof chain mail.

HISTORY  

August, 1939. 

Sean Garnett, rookie cop at the Fox City Police Department, was clearly a good man. In fact, he was so good that eccentric scientist Dr. Kafka felt that he was the only man who could be trusted to receive his new vitamin DRKSP (literally, "Dr. Kafka's special potion") that improves human performance. By taking it, he would temporarily gain superhuman strength. 

Garnett decided to adopt a superhero personality to fight crime, becoming the Green Ghost. Dr. Kafka designed and created a bulletproof green chainmail suit and upgraded a roadster for the Green Ghost. Sean also used tricks to make criminals believe they were dealing with a supernatural being, playing with his enemies' psychology and fear in his own favor.
